Digital Acquisition Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
- Formulate and develop acquisition strategies to drive business growth on digital platform.
- Manage penetration level of digital services across segments
- Drive transactional frequency and average revenue per customer
- Plan and implement various end-to-end acquisition/usage marketing campaigns and liaise with product teams to drive product sales in digital channels.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- In addition, monitor the performance of marketing activities based on performance data and provide recommendations on digital marketing strategies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital acquisition, preferably Banking / Financial institutions.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
